Jeannie can make virtually any edit to your document:
  • Rewrite - Change tone, style, or voice
  • Restructure - Reorganize paragraphs and sections
  • Expand - Add detail, examples, or explanations
  • Condense - Shorten while preserving meaning
  • Transform - Convert between formats (bullets to prose, etc.)

Starting a Conversation

To start a conversation with the Jeannie, either: Type your request into the chat window at the bottom of the AI toolbar on the right Jeannie will respond and can make changes directly to your document

Or
If the AI Panel is collapsed used the << button to toggle it back open and then type into the chat window

Iterate

Undoing Changes

If an edit isn’t what you wanted:
  • Use Undo (Cmd/Ctrl + Z) to revert
  • Ask the AI to try again with different guidance
